The Hub Community is bringing our tested and transformed selves into 2021.

But, just because we’ve got nearly a year of social distancing and hand washing skills under our belts, let’s not forget about the zillion resources available to the Hub community for those days our superhero capes are in the wash. (It happens.)

This year, we encourage you to prioritize your own mental health by practicing radical self-care, such as eating well, getting enough sleep, and keeping in touch with friends and family.  And don’t forget to check out the free mental health resources (listed below) that are always available to you.
